Citrix XenMobile Support (m/f)
We are we looking for:
Looking to step up our IT as a Citrix XenMobile Support Associate
- within 20-25 hours per week.
- You take over the staging and lifecycle management of our mobile devices and roll out software and security updates.
- You hand over the end devices to the users, monitor them and are responsible for the support.
- You support our users with telephone support in 1st and 2nd level
- Completed technical education with focus on IT and also experience in and enjoyment of the 1st and 2nd level support.
- Good knowledge in handling iOS and Android devices.
- A strong customer orientation and organizational talent as well as a quick understanding.
- A high degree of self-responsible working methods.
- Very good team and communication skills.
- English language skills in speaking and writing
- German language B2 or minimum B1 level
