Citrix XenMobile Support (m/f)



We are we looking for:

Looking to step up our IT as a Citrix XenMobile Support Associate

  • within 20-25 hours per week.
  • You take over the staging and lifecycle management of our mobile devices and roll out software and security updates.
  • You hand over the end devices to the users, monitor them and are responsible for the support.
  • You support our users with telephone support in 1st and 2nd level

We expect:

  • Completed technical education with focus on IT and also experience in and enjoyment of the 1st and 2nd level support.
  • Good knowledge in handling iOS and Android devices.
  • A strong customer orientation and organizational talent as well as a quick understanding.
  • A high degree of self-responsible working methods.
  • Very good team and communication skills.


  • English language skills in speaking and writing
  • German language B2 or minimum B1 level
